PRICES and BOOKING (2010)
PRICES: the following prices refer to a one night’s stay for a complete flat,
including light, gas, water, end-cleaning, linens (sheets, towels are changed weekly), taxes.
HIGH SEASON
(31/7-22/8, Easter, New Year)

Extra (daily): one extra bed is 15€, the crib is 5€; for the winter period there is an extra charge for heating (15 € = 3/4 beds, 10 € = 2 beds).
Short stayings (3 nights) = 30€ for end-cleaning (totally).
The rental of a mountain bike for seven days is 30 € and 10 € for one day, with a refundable deposit.
Discount: for children under 3 and 8 years of age (with the exception of extra beds, which are already discounted, and of 3 nights stayings); a further reduction is available in relation to the number of people and the length of stay. Discounts can not be accumulated together and are no possible during High Season.
Minimum Required.
- 4 nights (3 nights stayings have 30€ extra charge for end-cleaning)
- Starting from the 31th of July until the 22th of August stays are weekly (arrival/departure on Saturday or on Sunday).
Roulotte-Camper (max. 3 places, with a private bathroom): Minimum Required = 4 nights, 10 € for the area and 4 € for each person.
ROOM-BOOKING, CANCELLATION and TERMS of PAYMENT: It is possible to residence in our Farm Holiday house by booking and upon down payment of 1/3 of the total amount (in the mailing must be specified the personal data, the day of arrival and departure). At the arrival it is requested to pay a deposit and to balance the whole amount. The arrival and departure dates cannot be changed, unless previous agreements with the management have been provided or according to the room vacancy of the facility itself. The non respect of the above mentioned regulations will be charged to the customer. If the client doesn’t arrive at the date agreed and doesn’t inform the personnel of delaying, the room-booking will be invalidated.
The room-booking is accepted only after having received the down payment (we suggest to call and confirm your room-booking first), according to one of the following solutions: 1) International Postal Order to the office addressed below underneath; 2) Bank Transfer, expenses chargeable to the customer and delivery of the receipt for payment by fax, (Iban: IT71D0100515400000000025278 - Swift/bic: BNLIITRR - beneficiary's name: Soc. Agric. Giammorretti - de Pompeis S.S. - beneficiary's address: C.da Madonna degli Angeli / 65028 Tocco da Casauria (PE) - beneficiary's bank name: Banca Nazionale del Lavoro - beneficiary's bank address: C.so Vittorio Emanuele, 148 /65122 Pescara).

The swimming pool
Sport and leisure: for the use of the guests there is a swimming pool (m. 7 x 4 x h. 1,10), some mountain bikes (on rent), a table tennis, kicker, barbecues, etc. We are ideally situated for excursions throughout this region of outstanding natural beauty and 15/30 minutes away from nature sports centres (canoe, horseriding, donkeyriding, hang-glider, golf, etc.
Your hosts are the de Pompeis family which has a long and proud history in Abruzzo. We are deeply involved in local culture and manage two museums in Pescara, the provincial city. We would be delighted to assist guests with their itineraries, arrange for guides and advise on local cultural and naturalistic itineraries, in addition to the gastronomic, sports and local artisan and folklore traditional festivals.
Special cottages: La Torretta (small tower)
Apartment Torretta (30 sq m) on two floors, located between the central and the secondary buildings. It has 2 beds (small double bedroom on the first floor + small living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for children on the ground floor + bathroom with shower). Its tower-shaped circular structure is peculiar, as it is a former silo for the hay storage. It is quite narrow and not very comfortable because of the steep indoor staircase (similar to those you can find in ships), but it is extremely charming and romantic, suitable for young people. Small front garden and outdoor table and chairs.
small apartments: Silos
Apartment Silos (35 sq m) on the ground floor at the back of the secondary building - on the mews’ side, adjoining Canale. It has 2 beds with the choice of adding an extra bed (double bedroom, divided from the living room through an arch closed by curtains + living room with kitchenette and sofa bed + bathroom with shower). Furnished with some antiques, it has a special bedroom which opens into the living room as an alcove. The living room is equipped with a fireplace. The front garden is independent but adjoining apartment Canale’s one, with outdoor table and chairs.

Apartment Canale (35 sq m) on the ground floor at the back of the secondary building – on the mews’ side, near the water stream called canale. It has 2 beds with the choice of adding 1 or 2 extra beds (double bedroom + living room with sofa bed and kitchenette + bathroom with shower). Furnished with some antiques, it has a fireplace in the living room. The front garden is independent but adjoining apartment Silos’s one, with outdoor table and chairs.
big apartments: Maiella
Apartment Majella (90 sq m) on the first floor of the second building with a covered terrace and outdoor table and chairs. It has 5 beds with the choice of adding up to 3 extra beds (double bedroom + bedroom for 2 single beds or a double bed + bedroom for 1/2 single beds + corridor + kitchen/dining room + small bathroom with shower + entrance terrace). Comfortable, partly furnished with modern pieces, equipped with a fireplace.
